Black Jade has a high Nephrite content and also sometimes contains lemurian, seen as golden flecks or streaks. Some pieces appear very dark green, others seem to be completely black. This is expected in this natural, ancient crystal. These crystals vary in shape, texture and size, some are fairly flat, while others are fuller in shape.
